Asking why he has heard nothing about his Hornstück [i.e. the Conzertstück for four horns], asking for the horn parts as soon as possible--if the hornists are to play it that winter they must start to practice it in the summer--, asking if Schuberth has news from his brother in America, mentioning Marianne Falk, Frau Avé, Haffner, Boie, etc.
